How can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address can only be changed if your order status is unfulfilled.If your order has been shipped and you require address change, we regret we have to wait for your package to be returned to us by the courier before we can reship it to the new address. Please note, reshipping costs and return fees will be shouldered by the customer.We highly recommend you review all details if correct first before completing your purchase. Should you make a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, you can! Just input the correct details and make sure all details are complete to avoid return of the package.
